I want to share this talk by one of my very favorite minds in this world, Dan Gilbert, from TED Talks...which I'm addicted to by the way.
In his book, Stumbling on Happiness, basically(extremely basic synopsis) he talks about what we think makes us happy, may not at all...or maybe it's synthetic happiness. It's super interesting.
I wanted to post about this because happiness and fitness really do go hand in hand. Both help you grow and learn as a person. A lot of people start a fitness routine, not so much for themselves, but to please the outside world in some way. And those same people if they ever make it far enough, or come back around and do it for themselves, something amazing happens...they learn, they grow...they are happy! So please, enjoy this talk by Mr. Dan Gilbert!
